I'm using a broker feed (TransAct/Infinity, Zen-Fire) and I can't seem to get live data on certain indices and statistics like TICK, TRIN, ADD, etc. What can I do? |

TransAct and Zen-Fire send live data on futures ONLY. They do not transmit any live data on indices or statistics. If you're using DTN Market Access for backfill, you will be able to periodically backfill those symbols by doing downloads from DTNMA but you will receive any live data. The symbols you would use are the same ones seen in the DTN.iq columns at the bottom of www.linnsoft.com/symbols . The only way to receive live data on these symbols is to switch to a data feed such as DTN IQFeed or eSignal. Here is a video on switching feeds: www.linnsoft.com/switch
