CME End User Agreement
for Market Profile® Users
As of July 21, 2006, Linn Software has entered into an agreement with the Chicago Mercantile Exchange ("CME") to license the Market Profile Graphic Format® and the associated Market Profile® trademark for use in Investor/RT. The Investor/RT Market Profile software will be available for license effective August 1, 2006 in Investor/RT Version 8.5 to be released by that date. The Market Profile will be an elective feature of the Investor/RT Standard or Professional edition when licensed with a real-streaming data source. The license fee will be $20, a fee that includes end-user license fees payable on behalf of the user to the CME for use of the Market Profile Graphic Format.
Users subscribing to the Investor/RT Market Profile must:

informing Linn Software that you would like to activate Market
Profile in your account. (This
applies to existing users only, new users will just check
the Market Profile checkbox when submitting their online order.)

Users may also take this
CME Agreement Image (jpg) , open
it in any paint program, fill out and sign by painting/drawing in
name, address, and signature. Save the resulting
document as an image file (png, jpg, gif) and email to
info@linnsoft.com
Users may optionally print out the document, sign it, scan it, and send an image file of the signed document to info@linnsoft.com .
In accordance with the terms of our
agreement with the CME, each Investor/RT user licensed to use the
Market Profile software must agree to the terms of the End-User
license agreement by signing and submitting the agreement to Linn
Software.
