CME End User Agreement
for Investor/RT Market Profile® Users

In July 2006, Linn Software entered into an agreement with the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT), now part of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange ("CME") to license the Market Profile Graphic Format® and the associated Market Profile® trademark for use in Investor/RT. The Investor/RT Market Profile software is available today in both a standard edition ($55/mo.) and a professional edition ($75/mo).; the monthly fee includes end-user license fees payable on behalf of the user to the CME for use of the Market Profile Graphic Format.

Each Investor/RT Market Profile user must agree to the terms of the CME End-User license agreement by signing and submitting the agreement to Linn Software. All Users subscribing to Market Profile must:

You may instead take this CME Agreement Image (.jpg), open it in any paint or image editing application. Fill out and sign by painting/drawing the name, address, and signature. Save the resulting document as an image file (png, jpg, gif) and email to fax@linnsoft.com.
