In August 2006, Linn Software entered into an agreement with MarketDelta, LLC (www.marketdelta.com). Under the terms of this agreement, MarketDelta is a licensed distributor of co-branded editions of Investor/RT software, including the Investor/RT Market Profile. Market Delta is the exclusive distributor of the volume profile charting software integrated with MarketDelta’s Footprint Chart. The FootPrint is a patent pending display format for buy vs. sell volume and market price. The integrated volume analysis chart is called the FootPrint Chart in MarketDelta’s product line.

The MarketDelta branded editions of Investor/RT include a Footprint Edition and an edition combining the Footprint with Market Profile. These branded editions of Investor/RT as available as of September 1, 2006 to MarketDelta customers with all features of the Investor/RT Standard Edition. A Professional version of MarketDelta is also available. This edition includes all of the RTL features of Investor/RT Professional along with the combined FootPrint/Market Profile software.
