myTrack is a data service provided by Track Data Securities. myTrack supplies realtime data over the Internet to Investor/RT. myTrack allows Investor/RT to simultaneously track up to 300 symbols realtime. Linn Software has developed Investor/RT to connect to myTrack data on both the Windows and Macintosh platforms. Below is a table showing the data packages available from myTrack, along with the prices and features relevant to Investor/RT users. Track Data charges an additional $25.00 to activate their myTrack data feed with Investor/RT in order to increase their symbol limit to 300 symbols, provide full Dial/Data access to unlimited daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly historical data, and provide fundamental data on equities. This allows Investor/RT users to track more symbols on an Intraday basis and take advantage of more opportunities. Investor/RT also allows users to access the myTrack chat rooms directly from within Investor/RT. Investor/RT has taken some powerful features of myTrack, and made them even more powerful. Investor/RT uses the myTrack Snap Options feature to download options chains for a given symbol, then creates a quotepage from the resulting chain which is then updated dynamically, can be sorted, scanned, etc. Similarly, Investor/RT allows the user to create a quotepage from the results of the myTrack Market Pulse function. Market Pulse gives the user the ability to scan different markets for predefined criteria, such as the top 20 percent gainers on the NASDAQ. Together, myTrack and Investor/RT form a powerful package for monitoring the market.
