Investor/RT Answer
Answers to Common Questions

Question

I see you are offering end-of-day licenses for Investor/RT. What about non-streaming intra-day licenses?

Answer

Investor/RT is available in either intra-day or end-of-day configurations. The end-of-day version offers daily, weekly, and monthly periodicities for charting, analysis, and trading system development. At present the end-of-day edition can use Dial/Data, Yahoo! Finance, or DTN Market Access as data sources, or the user can import text files from other sources. Intra-day configurations include the software necessary to access all of the data sources capable of providing realtime, delayed, or historical intra-day data. The Investor/RT intra-day license is no longer specific to data source. If you license Investor/RT intra-day and subscribe to DTN MA, the license allows use with eSignal, DTN IQFeed, IB, opentick, myTrack on Windows or on Macintosh platforms. While the license is now more versatile, we no longer offer a lower priced non-streaming license that restricts the intra-day data source in any way. You can lock in the present day pricing by prepaying for a one year license that is specific to DTN MA but the resulting registration code will be supported only in versions 9.1.1 and earlier.
