First, verify that your username and password are correct
(case-sensitive) by going to "TransAct: Setup" from the main Investor/RT
menu. The error generally means that the user has not run and
connected from the InfinityAT or TransActAT platform on that machine.
Use the links below to download the AT platform and connect. After
connecting from AT, your computer should then be properly configured for
Investor/RT to connect.
