I just wanted to thank you for the terrific software you've created and the truly outstanding tech support you and your organization provide Sullivan Capital Management. I've been managing stock and bond portfolios for 15 years, and thanks to your software-which keeps getting better and better, I've never had it so easy. I'm still astonished that you continue to perfect, add, and improve features in Investor/RT so often. The latest charting improvements are helping me make much better entry and exit decisions. I keep four charts on one of my monitors: Weekly, Daily, 3-minute, and 1 minute. I can go through dozens of stocks in minutes to make buy and sell decisions. By just hitting the arrow key each chart updates in their different time frames instantly. This is a fantastic time saver, and very useful, as I like to buy stocks when the longer time period is in a strong uptrend and the shorter term chart is recovering from a recent period of weakness.

My portfolio management tasks have been greatly aided and speeded up thanks to I/RT's spreadsheet linking feature. I can now look at just one spreadsheet arranged the way I like to see things, and watch each portfolio update with each tick that comes in.

My win/loss ratio picking stocks to buy and sell has improved to a point where I don't want to quote it here, because it's almost to good to believe. About a third of my portfolio is in triple-digit percentage gains and only about 10 of the 45 stocks in the portfolio have been held more than 6 months. I simply could not have done this without your software.

I thank you, and who ever else on your staff might have contributed to Investor/RT's latest embodiment. Its stable, accurate, and most importantly intuitive. When I show a potential client how I do what I do with their investment assets, their jaw drops. They can't believe how powerful and elegant your software is. In fact, they are comforted to know that for once in their investment life, someone really does have the tools to get the job done without any hype or arm-waving. When I use Investor/RT to show them how I find Sell and Buy points, they are extremely impressed.
