Investor/RT
- Getting Started QuotePages QuotePages are an integral aspect of Investor/RT. QuotePages are essentially the Investor/RT equivalent of dynamic spreadsheets. Each row of the quotepage contains an instrument (stock, future, index, etc.) and each column of the quotepage contains specific data regarding the instruments (Change, Last, Volume, etc.). A typical quotepage can be seen below.
The above quotepage displays a list of 10 stocks, displaying the following columns for each one: Ticker, %Change, Change, Low, Last, High, and Volume. Each quotepage can have up to 30 columns, chosen from a list over 100 available data items. Let's walk through the basics of setting up a quotepage such as the one above. First, click on the QP Once you have done this, and provided you have your
data feed set up correctly and started, you should see data for these ten
symbols. If the market is open, you should see the information
changing dynamically as new quotes arrive. Now you should save your
quotepage. Click on the "Save QuotePage" button For more information regarding QuotePages, please visit the links below: Now, double-click on the ticker symbol MSFT in your QuotePage and let's move on to Charts. |
