This preference window allows you to specify the colors used in your NASDAQ Level II screens in Investor/RT.  The first five levels of bid/ask prices are color coded with all market makers bidding or asking the same price having the same color code.

Level 1 colors apply to following:

• The highest bid, and all matching bids.
• The lowest ask, and all matching asking prices.

Level 2 colors apply to the following:

• The second highest bid, and all matching bids.
• The second lowest ask, and all matching asking prices.

And so on for Levels 3, 4, and 5.  The Foreground color refers to the color of the text, while the background color refers to the color of the both the background for the text, and the histogram at the top of the window.
