DTNMA Status New

DTN MA is back in service (Feb. 23th, 4.45pm CST)  - 

If necessary, set back the configuration variable mentioned here below to its default value. Here is a copy of the email received from DTN:

We are pleased to inform you that the connectivity issue impacting your DTN solution has been fully resolved, and all services have been restored.We know you rely on uninterrupted access and sincerely apologize for impact this outage had on your operations.

Dear Investor/RT user,

DTN servers are suffering from a worldwide outage as of Feb 23, 2026. All 3rd party software, including Investor/RT subscribers to the DTN MA services, are impacted.

Please check this DTN system status page for the latest news

 

Here is a temporary solution for DTN MA subscribers :

1. Deactivate the DTN MA service by setting the configuration variable UseDTNMAbyDefault to False;

This will force any manual data download to use the native Rithmic or CQG data servers

 

2. Perform a partial tick data download using the Data > Download menu from the main toolbar

Herebelow is an example for RTYH6 - You could select the Intraday Quotepage to trigger at once a global data download for all symbols you are monitoring

Make sure to select Rithmic or CQG as data source

Do not perform any full data download, as this will erase all past data ! Just download the range of missing data (most likely 1 or 2 days)
