Premium Support Services

Linn Software is pleased to offer Premium Support services for those users that have special requests or requirements that are outside of the normal scope of our support services. Premium Support Services are available on a scheduled basis for a cost of $99.00 per support session. Here are a few use case examples for our Premium Support Services:

  • Technical Support for your own personal or customized use of Investor/RT.
  • Troubleshooting Custom RTL Studies, Scans or Signals.
  • Troubleshooting advanced chart Setups.
  • Tutoring to help you further your knowledge of Investor/RT at a quicker pace.
  • Assistance trying to recover lost data
  • Assistance transferring your database to a new computer.
  • Any one-on-one assistance that is outside of our general support services.

Premium support Services are capped at 30 minutes per session and can usually be scheduled for the same or the following day. We reserve the right to refuse service for any Premium Support Session for any reason. After you complete the purchase below, a Linn Software representative will be in touch with you to schedule your session.
