Custom Indicator

The "Custom Indicator" denomination (often abbreviated as CI) refers at the same time to

• the "RTL Object", i.e., a formula written with Investor/RT RTL language and that returns a historical data series.
• the "Technical indicator", which can be added to a chart as any other technical indicator available within the extended I/RT library
