In chart element manager I keep moving reference lines to bottom.and every time I close chart and re open it they are back at the top of the element manager.
also these lines are plotted with button that is set to send to back. any fix for this?

Pane order sequence for reference lines is maintained only for indicators that have scope "This Chart, Any Instrument". References lines (and other indicators) that have a different scope are always added to the chart after all of the This Chart/AnyInstrument ones are in place. Revise the scope of the reference line(s) first, then order them as you wish and save the chart. Close/reopen the chart to verify that pane sequence is what you want.
