Visit LinnSoft.com and use the search box (upper right corner of every page on the site). Search for Heikin Ashi and you will find support content on that subject, including sample chart(s) you can download into your Investor/RT.
It's not working at all. There should be something to show how to do it but it is not the case. And it's not on the chart type available. Something is of here.
Double-click on the barrs in the chart to bring up the Update Instrument window as seen below, and check Layer and select Heiken Ashi. The HA bars will then be formed on top of the underlying periodiicty (1m* in image below).
