This way, the bar with the green boundary dot will mark the start of the profile and the one with the red dot the end of the profile (to get a red dot, click twice on the same boundary mark)
There is a configuration variable titled "DrawProfMidLine" which will automate midlines for each profile. Is that what you're looking for?
