How do I Import or Export a Chart Definition?
In order to get the best experience using our site, we encourage you to spend a moment to edit your account profile on our website. Simply login and from your account page, click on the Edit tab. Among other things, you can edit all of your data, change your username or password, email and choose your timezone so that all times on the site are accurate based on your location.
Investor/RT can handle a variety of sound file types including .wav, .mp3, and .m4a. To review and preview the current sounds available, visit File > Preferences > Sounds. These sounds may be used in a variety of contexts within Investor/RT including Alarms, Signal Actions within indicators (Reference Lines, Signal Markers, TimeAndSales, etc) and even custom quotepage column rules.
Investor/RT is not fully compatible with the larger font size settings of the Windows operating system. Investor/RT works best with the "Normal" or "Default" text size settings in the display options of the Windows control panel.When larger font sizes are used, certain Investor/RT windows do not display properly or optimally. To adjust, use your Windows search feature to search for Display Settings as shown in this image:
